What happens after I order

The page shows your order number, and an email with the same number arrives within a few minutes. Keep it; the number is how we find your order if you ring.

PayPal's page, or the card payment page, opens first, and the email comes once the payment goes through.

Photo prints ordered by 11am on a day we are open are ready to collect the same afternoon, or go out the same day by Express Post if you choose it. The same-day printing costs nothing extra. Later orders are ready the next day we are open. Canvas orders are made by hand and take longer than same-day prints; we email you as soon as your order has shipped or is ready to collect in-store.

We are open Monday to Thursday 10am to 5pm and Friday 10am to 4pm, and closed at weekends, so an order placed on a Friday afternoon is printed on the Monday.

We email you when it is ready. Come to 605-607 High Street, Kew East, opposite the Harp Hotel, and give your name or the order number at the counter. Tram 48 stops out the front and there is parking in Valerie Street and Strathalbyn Street.

We post every day, and Express Post orders go out first. We email you when it has been posted, with the tracking number. Prints go in a stiffened envelope; canvas and frames are boxed. Express Post usually arrives the next business day in metro areas, and within a couple of days elsewhere.
