Get everything together, then bring it in
If the website is not for you, that is fine. Start at home: gather your photos and devices, make a short list, then bring it all to PhotoQ and we take it from there.
Get ready at home
Ten minutes at home makes the visit quicker, and nothing gets left behind.
- Gather the phone, tablet, laptop, camera card, USB sticks, CDs or printed photos you want to use, and put them in one bag or box.
- Add the chargers and cables, and the laptop's power cable. Charge the phone and tablet.
- Write down what you would like: which photos, what sizes and how many copies. A rough list is fine.
- Note any password or PIN you will need to unlock a phone or computer.
Then bring it to PhotoQ
Bring the lot into the shop during opening hours. No appointment needed.
At the counter we connect it, you point at the photos you want, and we put them into an order with you. We show you the prices as we go. Small orders are often printed while you wait; bigger ones are ready the same day or the next.
What it costs
The prints cost the same as they do online. There is a small charge for the time at the counter, which we tell you before we start; ask when you ring or come in. There are never hidden fees.

Checklist for the visit
Whichever of these you have:
- Your phone or tablet, unlocked, and its charging cable if you have it.
- A laptop and its power cable, or a desktop tower without the screen.
- Memory cards, USB sticks, CDs or DVDs, as they are.
- Printed photos, negatives or slides you want copied or scanned.
- Your list of what you would like, and any passwords.

PhotoQ, 605-607 High Street, Kew East, opposite the Harp Hotel. Monday to Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 10am to 4pm, closed at weekends. Tram 48 stops out the front; parking in Valerie Street and Strathalbyn Street.
